Open The Door

There’s a holy shift that happens
when you stop guarding the door of your healing
and start opening it wide for others.

Not because it’s perfect inside.
Not because all the rooms are finished.
But because Jesus lives here now
and wherever He is, broken hearts are welcome.

Revelation 3:20 says,
“Here I am! I stand at the door and knock…”
And once you let Him in,
you become the one who knocks for others.

There was a time when you had nothing to offer.
Your house was rubble.
Your soul was sore.
But Jesus rebuilt it with mercy.
And now,
He’s using your story as His invitation.

So throw open the door.
Not just to the polished and church-ready
but to the weeping, the weary, the ones who swore they’d never trust again.

Let them see the scars.
Let them sit in your living room of grace.
Let them ask hard questions and weep holy tears.

Don’t worry about being ready.
Just be real.

Because the power isn’t in your decor
it’s in your door.
The door that swings open when religion would shut it.
The door that makes room for the outcast.
The door that says,
“Come in messy, Jesus meets you there.”

You don’t have to be the answer.
You just have to make space.

Because when you open your life,
your healing,
your table,
your heart
He walks in again and again.

And your obedience becomes someone else’s rescue.
Your welcome becomes someone else’s beginning.
Your yes becomes heaven’s echo.

So go ahead.
Turn the knob.
Unbolt the fear.
Sweep off the welcome mat.

And let your life say it loud:
“There’s room for you here.
There’s room for your pain.
There’s room for your questions.
There’s room at the table
because Jesus made room for me.”
