You didn’t walk through fire just to sit quietly in the smoke.
You didn’t heal just to hoard the story.
You didn’t receive comfort just to keep it tucked away in journals and private tears.
You were filled to pour.
There’s a difference between being full and being overflowing.
Full is personal.
Overflow is kingdom.
2 Corinthians 1:4 says,
“He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort those in any trouble…”
That’s purpose.
That’s holy circulation.
That’s ministry born from mercy.
God didn’t just stop your bleeding.
He turned your wounds into wells.
Now, where you once cried out for help,
you’ve become the answer.
This isn’t performance.
It’s overflow.
It’s waking up every day saying:
“God, who can drink from what You’ve done in me today?”
Maybe it’s a voice of truth in someone’s confusion.
Maybe it’s a steady presence in someone’s chaos.
Maybe it’s a quiet prayer over someone’s breaking.
Whatever it is, it matters.
Because the overflow of your healing
becomes the starting point of someone else’s.
The joy you fought for becomes their proof it’s possible.
The peace you carry becomes their shelter.
So pour.
Not from pressure
but from presence.
From a cup that keeps getting filled.
From love that never runs dry.
From mercy that met you at your worst and stayed.
You are not running out.
You are running over.
You are not drained.
You are designed to give.
Not empty.
Empowered.
And when you pour,
God fills again.
So take what He gave you in the dark
and let it shine in someone else’s valley.
You were filled to pour.
Now go water the world.
