Stay In Your Lane

Comparison is loud.
It shouts from highlight reels.
It whispers in waiting rooms.
It haunts us in places we thought were holy.

But here’s the truth:
You were never called to run someone else’s race.

Hebrews 12:1 says,
“Let us run with endurance the race marked out for us.”

Not the one marked for your friend.
Not the one you wish you had.
The one God handcrafted for you.

You don’t need their timing to be in God’s will.
You don’t need their platform to carry His glory.
You don’t need their applause to stay faithful.

Because your assignment isn’t validated by popularity
it’s proven in obedience.

The enemy would love to make you jealous of someone else’s harvest
so you abandon your own field.
But God is calling you back.
Back to your lane.
Back to your purpose.
Back to the quiet place where His voice is louder than every scroll and every silence.

You are not behind.
You are not late.
You are not forgotten.

You are chosen.

And the oil on your life
wasn’t poured out for imitation.
It was poured out for impact.

So stay focused.
Stay faithful.
Stay burning.

Because when you run your race with endurance,
you won’t just finish
you’ll finish full.
Full of faith.
Full of fire.
Full of the joy that only comes from saying,
“I did what He sent me here to do.”
