You didn’t lose your shine.
It got buried under survival.
It dulled in the shadow of shame.
It dimmed when hope deferred made your heart sick.
But let me remind you
God restores what life tried to erase.
And what He restores, He doesn’t just return
He makes radiant.
Psalm 34:5 says,
“Those who look to Him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame.”
Not clean.
Not composed.
Radiant.
This isn’t about good lighting or perfect smiles.
This is the glow that comes after resurrection.
This is the light that leaks out of someone
who’s seen the tomb
and still walked out.
It’s the beauty that rises from ashes.
The strength born from surrender.
The shine of someone who knows,
“God brought me through it. And I’m not going back.”
The world saw your breaking.
But now they’re about to see your beaming.
Not because you’re pretending.
But because joy has found its way back to your face.
You don’t wear shame anymore.
You wear glory.
You don’t walk in fear anymore.
You walk in light.
This is not the version of you that merely survived.
This is the version that’s alive.
So lift your face.
Laugh out loud.
Walk into rooms like the sun just broke through.
Because it did.
Your radiance has returned.
And no one can dim what God has reignited.
